While the course is open to everyone, it is not recommended for anyone with a history of severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease or other cardiovascular conditions, cardiac arrest, or psychiatric disorders (including schizophrenia or predisposition to psychosis). The workshop is a combination of learning through online video tutorials and practical sessions with an instructor. The online tutorials provide you with the tools to do your own practice and will give you an understanding of how to use this technique for yourself. The practical sessions are guided by an experienced practitioner, and allow you to get hands-on experience in a supportive and safe space.
